Description
Large, very dark red flowers. Fully filled with visible bright yellow stamens through some petals. The inner petals are somewhat incised and curl gracefully. Some side buttons. Beautifully strong and shiny green crop with fairly long stems. Throughout the growing season, 'Peter Brand' is an asset to the garden, especially in the fall with its beautiful leaf discolorations. A fairly scarce and much sought after peony, especially due to the very dark color and good properties as a cut flower. Floral scents light. Support the plant with a ring. Flowering time is usually from the end of May to the beginning of June for approx. 2 months.
