The Hydrangea serrata 'Intermedia' becomes 1 to 2 meters high. Flowers with large bulbs, between 5 and 10 centimeters in diameter, flowers white, turns pink in the fall. This shrub has fresh green leaves that are oval in shape. This plant likes a spot in the partial shade or sun and prefers a moist soil. The 'Intermedia' is reasonably hardy and attracts bees and butterflies all year round.
