This deciduous climbing plant is not planted because of the grapes but especially for the ornamental. The leaves are very graceful, in summer the leaves have a fresh green color and in the autumn the leaves turn dark red / brown and look really beautiful. Grapes are also coming but these are not edible. The 'Vitis Coignetiae' can grow to an adult height of 3 to 4 meters.
