Parthenocissus Quinquefolia

Description

Beautiful climbing plant to quickly cover a bare wall. In autumn, Parthenocissus quinquefolia (= five-leaved) displays a red leaf discolouration. Parthenocissus quinquefolia grows excellently everywhere and climbs naturally with adhesive roots; make sure these roots do not damage your woodwork. The garden plant blooms in June-July with inconspicuous green bunches, which grow into blue berries in the fall, which attract many birds. It is winter hardy, has a beautiful red autumn coloring, after which the leaves fall off.
